A short course for decision makers in Social Care organisations. Too often in Social Care service user involvement despite the individual commitment of managers, staff and service users ends up going around in circles. It can have a limited sense of direction, have a minimal impact on key decisions and feel like one big headache. This course is designed to work with social care decision maker to encourage them to develop a strategic approach to help resolve the above issues. It will consider policy and practice, clarifying direction of travel and the planning to achieve clear and realistic targets that are relevant to participant’s organisations. Who should attend?
