Confirmation: |
Initial
confirmation of receipt will be by Email. Joining instructions will be
sent approximately two weeks prior to the course.

The lower fee
is for HLG's voluntary sector members only. Please see the
Training Page
for fee details for each course.
Please note that full
day courses include lunch.

Payment &
Cancellations:
|
Please do not send payment with booking forms, an invoice
will be sent out with the joining instructions. In the
event of cancellation after receipt of joining instructions
or within 10 working days of the training, the course charge
will stand, however individual circumstances will be taken into
consideration. Substituting an alternative delegate will
of course be acceptable.

All courses will be held
at HLG's new Training Room at 21 Clarendon Street, Nottingham,
NG1 5HR, which is in central Nottingham. The Training Room is
fully disabled accessible. Please let us know in
advance if you have any special requirements. |

authorising training and/or requires a purchase order with
bookings please ensure that you have obtained these prior to
booking
