The Resettlement Service works with people who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. The aim of the service is to enable people to establish themselves in a new tenancy or to support people who are experiencing difficulties in managing an existing tenancy. resettlement service is offered to young people between the ages of 16
and 21 who have been looked after by a local authority. The
service works alongside the Nottingham City Leaving Care Team and
supports young people who have been looked after by Nottingham City
Social Services or have moved to Nottingham, having been looked after by
other authorities.
