Skills in Managing Change
Change is constant, change is good, evolve and deliver services which are responsive to changing need or wither and die. Conversely, too much change is bad, we need a sense of stability and routine to stay focused and effective. Contradictory, maybe? But such thinking misses the point, how much change, or if it is good or bad is almost irrelevant, what matters is ensuring change is responsive, controlled, well managed.
To manage change effectively you need to develop the skills and attitudes that will make a difference to you and your organisation. This course covers change management principles, practices, and techniques to ensure change is implemented is successful and well managed.
