Running Effective Meetings
This is a practical one-day workshop to explore the dynamics of effective meetings and to find out what can be done to make the most of limited time and resources. As a group we will try out different ways of planning, conducting, recording and following up on meetings and will learn at first hand about different styles and methods. Participants will be invited to contribute actively to the exercises.

Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will have become more aware of how different types of meetings can be conducted, of the roles of different participants and of what can be done to make meetings more effective.
