The Nottingham Winter Shelter began over four years ago as a response to the numbers of people sleeping rough in Nottingham. It sought to minimise the impact of street sleeping during the cold weather by providing very basic overnight shelter. This report documents the findings from the third winter shelter 2009-2010.
