HLG Service User Feedback 2011
A big thank you to all HLG service users who completed a feedback questionnaire giving your views on the service you had received from HLG in 2011. 52 forms were completed and returned. Three people received a shopping voucher after their blue form was drawn at random by Claire Grainger (Chief Executive).
Your views are important to us as they help us to ensure we are providing the services you need, give feedback to staff about the work they do and also to show our funders what our service users think of HLG.
Feedback can be given at any time you like. There is a suggestion box in reception and you can also arrange to talk to the Quality & Monitoring worker if you want.
A 16 page report which includes tables of all the responses to the questionnaire was presented to the Management Committee in December 2011. A summary of the report can be read here.
