Care Leavers Guide to Emergency and Temporary Accommodation

GETA - Guide to Emergency and Temporary Acommodation is a guide that has been produced to help care leavers have information about emergency and temporary acommodation and understand what their housing rights are.

The guide was produced by the Young People's Benchmarking Forum (YPBMF) who felt that there was a lack of young people knowing their rights regarding acommodation, as well as discrepancies in local authorities with information young people could access about this.

The guide aims to fill this informiation gap and give young people across the country up to date information about emergency and temporary accommodation.

For more information on the Young People's Benchmarking Forum, please see leavingcare.org

The GETA guide can be downloaded from here.
