The Northamptonshire Homeless Watch Survey 2009 was the first annual survey of homelessness to be carried out in Northamptonshire. It is a snapshot survey that recorded details of everyone who presented as homeless to participating agencies across Northamptonshire during a two week period from Monday 28^th September to Sunday 11^th October 2009.

Homeless Watch surveys have been conducted in Nottinghamshire over the last five years and are a key source of information about homelessness in the County. For the first time in 2008 Homeless Watch was also successfully carried out across Derbyshire.
