Positive Psychology - Skills for Life
This highly experiential one day workshop is designed to equip workers with a range of practical skills to combat stress and create positive emotional states and wellbeing. Life has a way of sending unexpected obstacles our way – and there is always more than one way to respond – some people will become ‘stressed out’ and some will learn and grow from the experience.
The course includes the latest practical and easy to use strategies for taking things in your stride and maximising resilience. It draws upon a number of disciplines including CBT, NLP, and holistic approaches such as Guided Imagery, Mindfulness and EFT. This is an opportunity to learn how to manage your emotional state which in turn has a positive impact on health and functioning, both in life and work.
