Keyworking
Key working is the prevalent model of working with clients. This course will enable staff to examine the aims of key working and consider the knowledge and skills required to successfully carry out the task.
Objectives
By the end of the course participants will;
• Be aware of the advantages and limitations of key working.
• Understand and know how to adopt a person centred approach to service delivery.
• Be able to identify and evaluate outcomes that are SMART.
• Understand the importance and practical process of partnership working at a client level.
• Have considered the boundaries of personal and professional practice within keyworking.
• Know about models of change and motivation that are relevant to keyworking.
• Have developed a personal action plan.
