- REDUCING EXCLUSIONS, EVICTIONS & BANS |
Securing positive
outcomes for our work with service users is a key objective for any
supported housing organisation. This objective is essential because it
is only by engaging with sometimes challenging issues and work that
the core aims of an organisation be achieved, funders can feel
confident that the activity that they are supporting is successful,
and long term change is made in the lives of our service users.
Aim
The course offers staff
alternatives to seeking exclusion, eviction or ban when working with
difficult and challenging clients.
Objectives
By the end of the course
participants will;

use of the risk assessment process to work with challenging clients
